Prima Fifth Avenue Duo
All DUO models are delivered with an internal wall (up to the height of the eaves) as standard so that the summerhouse can be used as a storage room as well as a place to relax, for example (with or without a connecting door). You can also share the summerhouse with your neighbours by installing a door and possibly windows on both sides. One possible option is to remove the internal wall and install short wall sections of approx. 10-15 cm on each side. The storeroom part of the DUO may also come with a small loft enabling you to make the best possible use of the space (available on request at an extra charge). The storeroom part is also available with an open layout so it can be used as a kind of carport for wood for the stove or for your motorcycle, etc.

You can also erect the Prima Fifth Avenue DUO models as a MIRROR IMAGE WITHOUT indicating this on your order. Please check how you want your door to open (single doors only) and let us know if you want it to open to the right (NO EXTRA CHARGE). For models measuring 180 x 240 cm and 240 x 300 cm, you must TELL US if you want to build the summerhouse as a mirror image (NO EXTRA CHARGE)!

All Duo models are delivered with windows and doors fitted with real glass, pressure impregnated foundation beams, a choice of chrome or brass metalwork, a metal cap and a choice between a weathercock, witch or a brass or chrome plated bulb. The roof is delivered in loose parts, such as rafters, roof boards and shingles. A wooden floor is optional. For the shingled roof, you have a choice of 5 colours: green, red, black, brown or blue. All Duo models are also available with a flat roof.
